The client is responsible for reviewing information and deliverables provided by The Executive Edge Studio and notifying us promptly of requested corrections or changes.

3. Account Access & Credentials
Some services may require access to a client’s website, social media, email, calendar, scheduling system, cloud storage, or other business accounts.
By granting access, the client authorizes The Executive Edge Studio to access and use those accounts only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed-upon services.
Whenever possible, clients should provide access through collaborator accounts, delegated access, platform permissions, or other secure account-sharing methods rather than sharing primary passwords.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining ownership and ultimate control of their accounts.
4. Confidentiality
We understand that virtual executive assistance may provide access to confidential business information, communications, schedules, contacts, documents, and other non-public information.
The Executive Edge Studio will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of non-public client information and will not intentionally disclose confidential client information to unrelated third parties except when necessary to perform authorized services, when authorized by the client, or when required by law.
Clients are likewise expected to respect confidential or proprietary information belonging to The Executive Edge Studio.
5. Fees & Payment
Prices vary depending on the services requested and will be communicated before or during the engagement.
Payment terms may vary by project and will be stated on the applicable invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for paying all approved fees and expenses associated with their project.
Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension of services or withholding of unfinished deliverables until the account is brought current.
6. Additional Expenses
Unless specifically included in the quoted service price, clients are responsible for third-party expenses associated with their project.
These may include website domains, website hosting, premium applications or software, stock photography, advertising expenses, social-media advertising, printing, travel reservations, booking fees, subscriptions, plugins, and other outside services.
We will make reasonable efforts to obtain client approval before incurring significant additional expenses on the client’s behalf.
7. Website Design & Development
Website projects may include design, layout, content placement, mobile optimization, basic functionality, and other services specified in the client’s agreement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information, photographs, trademarks, logos, and other materials they provide may legally be used on their website.
Unless specifically included in the project agreement, ongoing website maintenance, hosting, domain registration, advanced SEO, accessibility compliance, legal compliance, cybersecurity monitoring, and future website modifications are not automatically included with website creation.
8. Website Domains & Third-Party Platforms
Domains, hosting services, website builders, email providers, and other digital services may be provided by independent third parties.
The Executive Edge Studio does not control third-party pricing, policies, outages, service changes, security incidents, or availability.
Whenever practical, domains and other essential business accounts should be registered in the client’s name so the client maintains ownership and control.
9. Social Media Management
When providing social-media services, The Executive Edge Studio may create, schedule, edit, publish, or manage content as authorized by the client.
Clients are responsible for communicating any required approval procedures, prohibited subjects, brand requirements, or other restrictions before content is published.
We cannot guarantee specific follower growth, engagement, views, sales, leads, or other social-media results.
Social-media platforms may modify algorithms, policies, features, account restrictions, or availability at any time.
10. Email & Calendar Management
Clients may authorize The Executive Edge Studio to organize emails, prepare or send routine communications, coordinate appointments, manage calendars, or perform related administrative activities.
The scope of this authority should be established between the client and The Executive Edge Studio.
The Executive Edge Studio will make reasonable efforts to follow client instructions but does not guarantee that third parties will respond, appointments will remain unchanged, or electronic systems will operate without interruption.
11. Travel Planning & Coordination
Travel services may include researching and coordinating flights, hotels, transportation, reservations, itineraries, and other travel arrangements.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, The Executive Edge Studio acts as an administrative coordinator and is not a travel agency, airline, hotel, transportation provider, or travel insurer.
Travel arrangements are ultimately subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party provider.
The client is responsible for reviewing and confirming names, dates, destinations, identification requirements, reservation details, cancellation policies, and other important information before purchases are finalized.
The Executive Edge Studio is not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, lost baggage, weather, hotel issues, transportation problems, third-party cancellations, changes in travel requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Cancellations & Project Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service relationship by providing reasonable written notice unless a separate agreement specifies different cancellation requirements.
Clients remain responsible for payment for services already performed and approved expenses incurred before termination.
Deposits, retainers, or advance payments may be non-refundable when specified in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
13. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included in certain website, design, or content projects as specified in the project agreement.
Significant changes to the original project scope, repeated revisions, additional pages, new functionality, or additional work may result in additional charges.
We will communicate material changes in scope and pricing when reasonably possible before completing additional billable work.
14. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment, clients may receive ownership or usage rights to final custom materials specifically created for them, subject to any separate agreement and third-party licensing restrictions.
Third-party fonts, photographs, templates, software, plugins, applications, stock assets, and similar materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
The Executive Edge Studio retains ownership of its own business materials, processes, templates, systems, know-how, branding, and intellectual property that were not created exclusively for the client.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, The Executive Edge Studio may display non-confidential completed design work in its portfolio or marketing materials.
15. No Guarantee of Business Results
We work to provide professional, high-quality services; however, we cannot guarantee specific financial or business outcomes.
We do not guarantee website traffic, search-engine rankings, social-media growth, engagement, leads, revenue, sales, bookings, or other particular results.
Business performance can depend on numerous factors outside our control.
16. Professional Advice Disclaimer
The Executive Edge Studio provides administrative, creative, organizational, and business-support services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services do not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice.
Clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional when such advice is required.
17. Third-Party Services
Our work may involve third-party companies and platforms such as website builders, social networks, email providers, calendar applications, booking services, payment services, and other software.
The Executive Edge Studio is not responsible for third-party outages, security incidents, account suspensions, pricing changes, policy changes, data loss, service interruptions, or other actions outside our reasonable control.
18. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
20. Force Majeure
The Executive Edge Studio will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, widespread internet or technology outages, government actions, emergencies, or major third-party service interruptions.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically as our services or business practices change.
The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
